(1)Amazon Size Gauge self-service tool online

Brand sellers (including licensed brand sellers) can upload a new scale table or edit an existing scale table using the Scale Table Self-service tool. All users who have permission to edit Listing can use the Scale Table self-service tool without having to contact a sales partner for support. You can download the scale template, upload the changed scale, or preview the scale before publishing it on the Amazon Store product Details page.

If you want to upload a scale table for another store, or if you want to delete a scale table, please contact Amazon Sales Partner Support.

(2)“Insights into Results and Opportunities” dashboard

This control panel provides the following information:

Comprehensive Returns Overview: Gain a complete understanding of return performance for both Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Seller Fulfilled (SF) orders from a single location.

Historical Trends: View weekly and monthly performance over a period of time to identify relevant trends.

Product-Specific Returns Analysis: Understand issues with specific products and take steps to minimize future returns.

Actionable Recommendations: Receive tailored recommendations based on buyer feedback to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.

FBA Returns Metrics: Gain insights into FBA inventory returned by buyers.

(3)Seller feedback update: Introduction of pure star rating

On August 4, 2025, Amazon will launch a simplified seller feedback submission experience, making text feedback optional and allowing buyers to provide only star ratings. This streamlined review experience will allow you to receive more seller ratings faster.

Honest, authentic star ratings are an important way for buyers to understand how other buyers viewed their past order experiences. To make it easier for buyers to submit ratings, Amazon is making text feedback optional, which will help increase the number of rating submissions and provide buyers with more information, allowing them to make more confident purchasing decisions.

When buyers submit seller feedback, regardless of whether it contains text, Amazon will automatically look for signs of abuse and evaluate it according to their community guidelines. If no text is included, the feedback appeal function in Feedback Manager will be disabled for all purely star-rating reviews. If sellers believe that purely star-rating reviews violate their community guidelines, they can request additional review by reporting the violation.
